How it works

A defined, document-based service: you send the documents, we confirm the fee and date, you pay, and we deliver the agreed pack.

1. Create an order and upload your documents

Tell us about the project (type, location, approximate floor area) and upload:

• Drawings – vector PDF is ideal; DWG, DXF and IFC are also accepted. Scanned images can be quoted individually.
• Specifications, schedules (doors, windows, finishes) and any engineer's drawings.
• Optionally, a sample BOQ if you want us to follow your own format.

2. Automated document check

Before anything is charged we check your upload: are there drawings, can they be read, is a specification included, is your sample format present? You'll see any problems straight away so you can fix them.

3. Fixed fee and delivery date

Most projects receive an instant fixed price and delivery date. Commercial projects, very large sets and scanned drawings are reviewed by a QS, who confirms the fee and date in writing – usually within one working day.

4. Pay upfront

Pay securely online by card. Production starts as soon as payment is confirmed, and the delivery clock starts then.

5. Production and QS checking

Your documents are measured using automated takeoff tools, then a quantity surveyor checks every section against the drawings and specification using our technical checklist. If something is genuinely unclear, we raise a written query on your order page; the delivery clock pauses until you reply.

6. Delivery

You download your pack from your order page:

• BOQ in Excel (chosen or your own format) and PDF
• Assumptions, exclusions and provisional sums register
• Marked-up drawings showing what was measured

What's not included

• Site visits, meetings or calls
• Variation management, valuations or other post-contract services
• Design advice or responsibility for the design documents

Revised drawings are handled as a new order at a revision rate.
